The Land of Nod

Having a good routine for sleep is very important. According to the NHS, regular sleeping hours 'programme the brain and internal body clock to get used to a set routine.' Adults need between six and nine hours sleep each night, and it's essential to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day.

Body and Soul

Before bed, it's important to wind down. Avoid using smartphones, TVs or other devices right before bedtime. Instead, take a long bath, read a book or practice mindfulness. Journalling can also help re-set the mind before a long rest. Write down tomorrow's to-do list, or keep a memory log of what happened during the day. The physical act of writing can help us clear our minds.

A Sense of Calm

NHS experts claim there's 'a strong association in people's minds between sleep and the bedroom.' The bedroom is the last place you see before you fall asleep, and the first place you see as you wake up. It's an important room to keep clam and clutter-free, and that's where Sliderobes can help.
