We’re excited to announce that we have won the Feefo 2024 Platinum Trusted Service Award for excellence in customer service for the fourth consecutive year!

The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award is a stamp of approval when it comes to delivering excellent customer service. It shows that we’re putting customer service at the heart of what we do and is a recognition of our continued dedication to our customers. 

To win this award, we had to collect at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023 and achieve a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5  and we're proud to say we've been achieving this for four consecutive years.
