Sue has worked with Sliderobes as a customer service advisor for just over 18 years, and in her words, she says “it has flown in and not felt that long at all”.
As a customer service advisor, what’s your typical day like?Working in customer service, you need to be a people person. I love the diversity of the role, meeting customers in the showroom, booking design consultations over the phone and then meeting the customers in person in the showroom. I also book fittings, send confirmation emails, and allocate the fitters. I love the admin side of things.
What do you enjoy most about working for Sliderobes?It’s a lovely work environment and a lovely company to work for.
I enjoy being sociable and meeting people, especially customers and the staff, working part of a team. I’m intrigued to find out about our customer's projects and discover people's tastes and preferences to help them find the perfect bespoke solution for them and their homes.
Another aspect of what I enjoy is being part of a great team and because I’ve been part of the Sliderobes family so long, I like to be involved in helping to train new staff and welcoming them to the team. I love Sliderobes so much that I have two of my own Sliderobes creations in my home!
